With al fresco dining options, the Ranch welcomes up to 200 dinner guests.
Our professional event coordinators are experienced wedding planners and can help you to personalize your special day down to the last detail. We coordinate spa treatments, banquets, menus, sleeping arrangements, parking, wine tasting, and much more. We can recommend trusted local florists, photographers, cake bakeries, and music services. We’ll do everything possible to set the stage for a perfect wedding.

Sunset Meadow is our favorite spot for outdoor wedding ceremonies and rehearsal dinners. With sweeping panoramas of Mount St. Helena and the Mayacamas Mountains, the Meadow is the perfect setting for any style of wedding. It can be beautifully formal with latticework arches and white chairs, wonderfully romantic with the use of simple flowers or festively decorated in whatever style you wish.
Chaparral Lodge is a wonderful spot for a romantic indoor ceremony, party or dinner, with seating for up to 90 guests for wedding dinners. The 2,000 square foot party room features a wood-burning fireplace, grand piano and sound system.
Adjoining Chaparral Lodge, the creatively landscaped Sunrise Garden and Deck accommodates outdoor dining, walking and contemplating. Sunrise Deck seats up to 100 diners and is our most popular venue for wedding dinners in fair weather months. From late-October to mid-April, we often raise a beautiful tent to cover Sunrise Deck, creating a versatile and inviting indoor space for memorable celebrations.
