Great financial success typically leads people to question how their wealth will be used by their children, and often prompts people to think about how they can pass on not just their wealth but also their values. If you are going to "give with the grain" (or work with the grain), you have first to explore the grain at a deep level. The program will focus on personal issues about wealth, on non-financial forms of wealth that are passed on (spiritual, human, and social capital), on issues of stewardship, and on how your own family and community relationships fit into plans that span generations.
